Cute Crochet Elephant 

Materials: 
• Double knit yarn in Grey, White and Pink.

Close the gaps by working 6sc across Through the top of both front and back stitches. 
Using White yarn Embroider 4 toe nails onto the arms and legs (Refer to the main picture for guidance)

Fasten off Pink part of the ears and connect to the Grey one with a slip stitch. 
(Make sure to connect both Pink and Grey with neater side facing outwards) 
Continue working the next rounds in Grey.

Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.


Assembly
 1. Stitch the trunk onto the face positioned in the middle of the two eyes between R19/20 
2. Pinch the ears to form a pointy corner and stitch this onto the face between R11/12 . 
3. Add 4 strands of yarn at the top of the head to represent hair. Slip your hook around one stitch, loop the strands of yarn onto your hook and pull it through; give it a knot to finish off 
4. Stitch the arms 2 rounds below the neck opening on the body, positioning them right in the front with a gap of 2 stitches between them. 
5. Stitch the legs between 8/9, positioning them in the front in line with the arms with a gap of 4/5 stitches in between 6. Sew the head and the body together. 
7. Attach Grey yarn on the Elephant’s Back between R8/9 from the bottom. Ch8 and work a slip stitch in all the chains starting from 2nd chain from the hook. Fasten off slipping the extra threat back into the body. Add 3 strands of yarn at the end of tail.
